いいか、大切なことを書く

まず、白菜を買ってこい、もちろん日本産だ
それを食べやすい大きさに切って塩で揉んで一晩中冷蔵庫に入れとけ
翌日になったら出た水を捨て、モモヤのキムチの素をたっぷり入れてまた一晩冷蔵庫だ
翌朝から食べてもいいが、臭うから夜がいいな
豚肉といっしょに焼くとうまいぞ

これが日本人がいちばん好きなキムチだ、分かったか
